"Sue and Elaine came together four years ago in Spain. Having spent lots of time together they realized they had the same global vision for others and the environment. Between them they have the knowledge wisdom and skills that they passionately want to share with other people. They believe that it is important to look at the mind body and spirit connection. Therefore meditation and connecting to the source will be explored and how to implement yoga techniques into your daily routine. Together they have a vision of empowering people to take risks to have courage and un waiving self belief in themselves for their future and the future of generations to come. It is also about love and compassion for our fellowman. It is about integrating the holistic principles of personal growth with the practical tools of taking responsibility for ourselves. Having healed your mind and body you can learn how to use your talents, gifts and potential for the good of all".
